Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Hadoop architecture and components (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, etc.).
- Experience with Teradata databases and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data modeling and data quality tools.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Hadoop infrastructure (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, etc.).
- Troubleshoot Hadoop-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and data ingestion problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for Hadoop operations.
- Assist with data migration and integration into Hadoop.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Teradata databases and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy within Teradata systems.
- Assist with data validation and reporting.
- Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
