About the Role

As a Software Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating data-driven solutions, collaborating with both business and IT teams to design, develop, and maintain database systems. You will primarily focus on the ETL process, performance optimization, and data access for reporting purposes, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the companyโs infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ETL processes and reporting systems.

Integrate Databricks, Oracle, and Hadoop systems for efficient data access.

Identify areas for performance optimization and lead initiatives for improvement.

Contribute to the architecture and design of the Databricks-based Controlling solution.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet operational needs.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience with Databricks technologies, including Spark, Python, SQL, and ETL processing.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

Passion for teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Experience in data engineering and cloud environments (Databricks, Hadoop, Oracle).
