About the Role
ClinChoice is seeking a Senior RWD Programmer Consultant to join a high-profile client team. This leadership role involves overseeing complex statistical analyses, providing strategic recommendations, and mentoring junior analysts in real-world evidence (RWE) research. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver impactful research outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for large-scale RWE studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of analytical workflows.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making.
- Develop new tools and automated workflows leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning.
- Create sophisticated data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for diverse audiences.
- Drive continuous improvements in data management, analysis methods, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, epidemiologists, statisticians, and external partners on innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related fields, including leadership or consultancy roles.
- Proven expertise managing complex observational research projects, especially with large healthcare datasets (claims, EMR).
- Advanced proficiency in SAS programming; strong skills in SQL, R, Python, and other relevant languages (MATLAB, Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.
- Skilled in advanced data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system and large-scale health data integration.
- Experience applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to healthcare data.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
