About the Role

Softthink Solutions is hiring Senior Data Analysts to work onsite in Leesburg, VA, and various locations within the Washington DC metro area. This role involves designing, developing, and managing ETL workflows, building data models, and creating dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ETL workflows and datasets.
Build data models and dashboards using Azure.
Gather requirements and manage technical design, testing, and development of BI analytics and reports.
Create and implement predictive models.
Develop stored procedures, triggers, tables, views, and joins while maintaining data integrity and applying business logic.
Utilize data analytics and advanced tools and technologies including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Work with Oracle, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Python, RStudio, AWS, Azure, PySpark, Hadoop, Google Analytics, Digital Analytics, and Big Data Architecture.

Required Skills

Proficiency in designing and developing ETL workflows and BI solutions.
Strong experience with Azure data services and dashboard building.
Solid knowledge of predictive modeling and data analytics tools.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Expertise in Oracle, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, RStudio, AWS, Azure, PySpark, Hadoop, and related analytics platforms.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite full-time during standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
