Role Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Real-World Data (RWD) Programmer Consultant to lead advanced statistical analyses, guide junior team members, and provide strategic input on observational research projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for large-scale real-world evidence (RWE) studies.

Supervise and mentor junior analysts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency of their work.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Create and implement new tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness of RWD analyses.

Develop advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and other reporting solutions.

Continuously enhance methods for data management, analytics, and reporting.

Work cross-functionally with teams of data scientists, statisticians, and epidemiologists, as well as external collaborators, to integrate diverse data sources and deliver innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:

7–9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related areas; 3+ years in a leadership or consultancy role.

Proven success in managing complex observational studies in healthcare or life sciences, especially with claims or EMR data.

Strong expertise in SAS programming, with advanced skills in SQL, R, Python, and familiarity with MATLAB, Hadoop, Spark.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.

Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, including health insurance claims and EMR.

Skilled in advanced statistical and machine learning methods applied to healthcare data.

Solid background in data wrangling, integration, and database management.
