Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Hadoop/Informatica Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Hadoop/Informatica Developer, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Design and develop data warehouse solutions with hands-on ETL development in a Data Warehouse environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership and pride in deliverables.
- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams, coordinating with support, development, and testing teams.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand requirements and develop high-level and detailed design solutions.
- Propose technical solutions to address business problems, identify gaps in technology, and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling concepts.
- Experience with Hadoop, Informatica, and Teradata.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processing, handling large data volumes, and performance tuning.
- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
